Franziska Luisa Josteit is the founder & perfume designer behind the brand. Originally from Germany, she nowadays has her atelier in the heart of the Netherlands. After many years working for one of the world’s leading fragrance house, she felt the desire to step away from the commercial world, and focus rather on a custom-made concept: creating perfumes that ignite curiosity, increase attraction and make an impact.
The ultimate aim: crafting elixirs that enhance personal branding, and stick to people’s mind.
Her signature style is defined by her love for animalics and the precision in using them. Whilst always striving to push the boundaries, she likes to create exquisitely crafted scents that are innovative, yet timeless. Inimitable scents that stand out from the crowd – daring and unique – where the unexpected meets the fantasy.
How "Luisa Jo" came to life
A few years ago Franziska accepted a challenge to create a scent that didn’t invade other people’s space with a huge commercial cloud, but rather emphasizes the unique personal skin aroma, made from the most precious & highest quality ingredients. Plus, importantly, it should last until the end of the night.
The result of this challenge was the signature scent Electric Wildfire, which became the hero product of the brand.
